I think I'm just not smart enough to learn two versions worth of changes all at once. And if you use plug-ins or new equipment, you are always running into problems with something that just works with the latest version.

Still, I didn't find CS4 itself worth the upgrade but the rewrite of Bridge and the improvements in ACR made it worth the price to me.
