I usually have to shoot these fellers with flash, but with the last two weeks of winter being especially nasty, this one ventured out in daylight. (Here in the midwest, it looked as though we had totally escaped winter ... but it appeared in a concentrated form!)
As many as 100 birds and 25 squirrels could be found at my feeders (I used > 200# of various seeds/peanuts in less than a month).
Not the best surroundings ... it is scavenging bird seed ... but certainly the crispest shot I've gotten of this largely unloved marsupial.
