Well, what to say, this is a shot of a lifetime. I know lots of wildlife photographers, and some of the best there are, and they will tell you that just seeing a wild lynx is rare, but a shot of a wild lynx, in this form, is once in a life time!
In any event, the shot does suffer a bit due to high iso, and slow shutter speed, but oh well, i'll take it anyway. . .

Tony, After I saw your great Lynx shot this morning, I went for a snowy walk in the forest near my cabin at Donner Pass. I guess your shot was stuck in my mind because I started seeing lynx everywhere, LOL.  My goldie Calla (Spanish pronunciation - Caya) in her best lynx impersonation.

Great shot, Have never even seen one of these in the wild, let along get a shot of one. The only wild cat I have photographed is a Bobcat and it is not nearly as good as this,,DAve
