Hey Joe,

I was seeing a bunch of male mallards today - first I have seen in a bit (I was just commenting to my wife the other day that it seemed like a ladies only group). Anyway, well done. I agree with Randall, #3 is my favorite.

Thanks for the kind comments all.
The first two pics merge together on this web site but you can see the line if you look close.
Number 3 is the one with the wings forward, Number 4 shows the underside.
I like number 3 the best for some undefined reason and I think except for Durwood that is what the consensis(sp?) is.
Because of the warm fall we have had the waterfowl migration has been delayed this year. avipics.net
