Here's Ariel. She's a rather large Shi-Tzu and around 1 1/2 years old.

Taken with an Olympus E300 with a Zuiko 50mm f1.8 using the OM Adapter. Dual flash with the built in firing forward and external flash (FL-36) bounced from the ceiling.





She got tired of me taking pics of her she decided to lie down on my leg as I was sitting on the floor.

These are nice shots! Ariel is a very cute Shi tzu. I like the fact you are very close to her face, gives the shots lots of personality

Great images of your Shi Tzu. What your shots taken with a manual focus lens? I thought that the Olympus 50mm was an F2.

Lou, these were taken with an old manual focus lens from the OM film camera. I have the adaptor that allows the E300 DSLR to use that lens. The Digital Zuiko lens is a 50mm f2.0 and I just picked it up from the post office today.
