Sunday Morning I caught this Black-Crowned Night-Heron in Flight. I was using my Olympus 70-300mm at 300mm - ISO 100 -6.3 & 1/800sec.

This is the best BIF I have got yet. Practice is helping.

nice bird in flight but maybe a little less sharpening would be better, the halos around the bird are a bit pronounced indicating over-sharpening

Good job. I always say that practice makes me lucky!

Awesome capture. I still have major problems with BIF. I'm sure it's a matter of technique but I haven't worked it out yet.
