Another from my trip with Moose. I did a week with him and a week with Artie Morris back to back. I ended up with about 5K images that I would consider publishable, which is about 10% of the overall images I made during the trip.

Jim,

Spectacular shot! Definitely a great capture. How did you find the trip with Artie? I did an interview with Artie when the site first opened its doors. He was a real character, and I think, one of my favorite interviews.

Jim,

Love the image. It is such a clean capture, I am envious.

Looking at this image and the angelic theme, I couldn't help thinking the same way about this shot of a mallard I got the other day. Certainly not as clean as yours, but I do get an "angelic" feeling from it.

It was a great trip. I had the trips with Artie and Moose back to back so I got two totally different perspectives.

I still interact with Artie almost daily on a new forum he's a co-owner of (I'm a mod over there). I read the interview within the last week or so.

George,
That's an awesome duck! It's hard to pull off an image taken from behind, but I like that one a lot.
