With a name like Annie, how could she be anything but lovely

. I agree that having two attractive subjects to photograph really makes the process so much more fun. It's also nice when there's chemistry between the handler and the dog and it's obvious.
I've done a lot of work with Jeff Brucker who handles Rotties, Danes and Dobes primarily and while he can be a royal PIA, he's fabulous to work with as a photographer. He knows what I want; he works hard to get it; the dogs love him; he will do anything I ask if he agrees it will make a great shot. And he photographs well himself.
He lives on 8 acres of land just North of Orlando with lots of wooded areas, misters to keep the dogs cool (and create nice misty backgrounds) and lots of garden areas with great flowers. Whenever we need to do "beauty shots" for ads, we go there. I've worked with a lot of handlers but for me, Jeff is the best. There's nothing worse than a handler who doesn't want to take the time for photos or who has no chemistry with the dog. You can see stuff like that in the photos and in the ring.
Keep having fun with Annie. She's a very pretty girl and very photogenic -- like her handler.
