Pretty neat looking Orchid, is it in full bloom?

This is about as fully as it blooms at any one time. Within a few days of this photo, the lower flowers would begin to wilt and brown even as the upper buds are just beginning to open. Unless you find a very small plant with just a few flowers, having every flower open would be a near-impossibility.
