Also in Finland it´s still winter, with a lot of snow, and not so easy to get around in the forest or highlands. It is a good time to look through the images from this autumn, and here is the first image I have ever taken of an Caucasian Owl.
The picture is taken with E-3 using the 70-300mm

Thanks for sharing. I love owls. I photographed my first owl in the wild this September in Yellowstone. It was an amazing experience. It was so amazing an experience that I skipped a sunset opportunity to watch him.
