A nice shot. I wish the head was turned a little more toward the camera.
I might also crop some from the bottom since the duck weed messes up the reflection.

I was thinking a further crop from the left may also be nice. I love the saturated colors of the shot. What camera are you using?

James,
I'm using the D100, RAW conversion in Bibble and post in PS7. The new lens is Nikon 300mm f2.8 with 2x teleconverter.

Very nice, Scott. Very nice color and composition. I wish the rocks were not disturbing the reflection. With that in mind, you can not always choose your background.

Scott,
I really like the subject isolation. A lot of time the background isolation is in such a way that it contributes little to the photo, but in this case, it helps tell the story. Great deep blue too.
