I put them side by side since it is easier for me to view that way. It is a wonderful image and I am hopeful we get to see what Roman does with this photo.

Single of the revised one. The detail is terrific!

i've tried three times, i'm just going to find a ftp service. . . I think the file must be too large for email.

It's 16mb and loads on my end but gets kicked back from yours. . .

Ok, here it goes.....

(P.S. There certainly is a chit load of detail in this photograph!)

I am not the best B&W guy...the stregnth is in my color editing. (Probably why that one is my favorite)

WOW...after looking at them next to each other on line I have come to one solid conclusion....that my editing style is based on human sight....and designed to make the max out of a color scene and how color and light mix with microcontrast....probably why my B&W work isnt as good as I would like to see.

Roman

P.S Tony I sent you a full sized 16bit TIff of the color one. Just view it at 50% on your browser to see the proper effect sharpening will have on print. VERY nice capture....all the info is there for a quality edit (probably why it only took about 5 min to edit). Not always easy sitting on a mountain side with light changing by the second. So kudos to you for an amazing shot.

I will hang on to the file till we are done, and distroy it at your command. This is a real money maker...you dont want coppies out there.
