We are going to start posting the photos on petfinder this week as the kittens are now big enough to separate from Momma. I will publish some photos of Momma Cat later. Question though - I find that this girl is a real blinker and hard to shoot under lights. The environment is not really suited for natural light. Any idea on how to make the lighting less hostile? The lights are placed at 45 and 90 degrees and should not really affect her this much (first time I have ever encountered such a blinker).

...thanks, Preston. I had never thought about this before. It has honestly never been a problem shooting dogs...but I have had the experience with cats being 'blinkers' though not all of them. While I am fairly happy with my current lighting system (due to size and weight constraints and the fact thatI occasionally have to use the subway to get from point a to b), there may have to be some changes if I am to do more cats in the future. I wonder if switching to Pocket Wizards to trip the remote flashes would solve that problem.
