I have a D-200 and a very cheep junk tripod am looking for new inexpensive strong tripod. Does any one have or knows anything about the
Bogen / Manfrotto 3001BPRO Tripod Legs (supports 11lbs) and the Bogen / Manfrotto 3021BN Tripod Legs (supports 13.2 lbs) would like to know what all you experts thing or know about then. Also this ball head the Bogen / Manfrotto
488RC0 Midi Ball Head with Rapid Connect 0 System (Quick Release) How is the head and the Rapid Connect 0 System (Quick Release). If anyone also know of a good strong inexpensive tripod and ball head and a quick release system with plate let me know. Thank for helping this poor lost sole.

the 3021 would be okay, dont skimp on the ball head, dive in and buy a foba super ball, or kirk b1, or rrs, or a very good quality ball head with a dovetail/arca style clamp. Then put a good base plate on your camera. Trust me. If you buy that bogan and do plan to do a lot of photography you'll use it up in a year or two, after you monkey arround with that bogan. Just bite the bullet now. You alreay spend 2 grand on the camera I cant see why you would want to put it on a weak ballhead. You will be very happy if you buy a good head now! If you dont, I know you will be back to well for more cash to buy a good head. . .
