This is my daughter and I really enjoy photographing her with pets.

Love the mood of #1 (is it slightly tilted?). Also like #2 for showing how happy she is to be there with the horse. #3 and #4 are nice but the lighting is not as appealing to me. (On board flash on #3 and harsh direct sun in #4). Nice model, you did well to capture her relationship with the animals.

She's a very attractive young woman and her love of animals is obvious. It's nice to have your own "model" to illustrate that special bond that animals have with people. Some of my favorite portraits have been with animals and children together. They tend to bring out the best in each other.

Nice images. I think Preston's analysis of the technical aspects of them is right on.
