I don't know if everyone has been following the recent Adobe/Apple battle. Is anyone with a flash website thinking about the 'next generation' site already, and possibly dumping flash as a result? Or, am I being too reactionary?

I keep hoping that Apple picks up Flash (it is my primary reason for looking at the HP Slate when it comes out because I am so irked with Apple...but I will admit that I love my ipod touch)...but based on the vitriol, I don't think it is going to happen...

Yes, I'm thinking about it but I'm hoping Adobe figures out a way to get around Apple's hardheadedness. If Apple keeps acting like Microsoft then maybe crowds will flock to Android. And surely there is an Androidpad on the drawing board.

Adobe does need to work on Flash though, some of Jobs points are valid.

I've not read Job's letter yet, but in general am glad to see Apple sticking to their guns.

Flash is buggy and a security risk.
