Kids were dressed nice for Easter, and Sorbet has shed and is clean, so, what else to do?? Take photos! I see some glaring issues with them, but, my barn blindness makes me love them all the same

Julie, The first and second shots are cute. The third is cute and very nice, but that forth shot is awesome. If there is "glaring issues" I fail to see it. Oh, maybe the blown highlight in her dress, that's ok. I really like it.

Thanks, Jeff

Julie, these are just splendid - the lighting is great. What's your post-processing on these? They look like film, Portra 160 or something.

My post processing was levels, basically bumping up the mid tones and one the last, I did shadows/highlights. I resized and sharpened.

The white balance was kinda funky as we were in the shade(sorta) at high noon. The area they were at was really very small and my horse was being a bit silly about it(hence the nose chain)

I probably should have used a bit of fill flash, but, I am better at salvaging a incorrect available light photo than a screwed up flash one. Can you see what intimidates me???
