The entire article is now up. We had some technical difficulties which prevented us from getting part 3 up sooner. Part III is pretty cool because it shows Helmi's light set-up, etc. It also has something new for us - a completely clickable gallery of photographs showing some of her work.
I hope that folks found this interesting. I hope to be able to do more pet photography interviews in the near future.
James, many thanks for this series. Helmi I have looked at your website often in the past year (found it in a link on an Australian cat photographer's site), admired your work and wondered how you achieve such beautiful consistent results. I appreciate that you've offered to share your knowledge and described your approach and systems so generously.
Thanks all for the kind comments. I hope that folks checked out the clickable galleries at the end of section III. This is the first time that my wife has incorporated this sort of thing in one of our interviews.
I am hoping that when Helmi comes back from her trip that I can get her to talk more about some of the technical information of how she took some of these shots.
