Thanks, Dee Dee. I just visited your website and I must say that is some of the most beautiful art I've ever seen. I used to paint for years and finally found it too hard on my back muscles, so picked up a camera instead.

I'm brand new here myself and am thrilled to have found a group of folks that are as crazy about animals/pets/nature and photography as I am! I have a great deal to learn about the technical aspect of photography, as well as, the business end of it and look forward to learning some of it here.

Thanks, James. My secret is in not quitting my day job until I have my business built up enough to support me! My hubby gave me a basset hound pup for Christmas; he'll be coming home on the weekend and as soon as he's settled in he's going to pose for my new business cards!
