These are some shots I took this weekend of a terrier named Izzy. Very cute.

James, I know you did not put this up on the critique section so I am not sure if you are up for suggestions. Since Izzy is clipped, already the body looks smaller than it would with all the lovely hair. With a longer lens you would help even out that larger head look. Right now I think of a bobble head.

I am not really sure if people want input when they post in other sections. Maybe you could clarify that for me. Hope to see part II soon.

good light, great exposure, nice composition, and good poses. I agree with peggy. I got the impression that the head was much larger in proportion to the body than it should be. I'm not dog expert, but it look a little exagerated.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO. LOL, one of the things that I love about these photographs is the slightly overly-large head. I think he is the cutest little thing.

I also took some shots with the 100mm lens that does bring things to proportion a bit - however, I was working in an apartment and did not have that much room to play with. I will post some of the others later.

Cheers
James

Another shot of Izzy. I keep on looking at the images, and I definitely hear the comment about the haircut making his head look larger than the rest of his body, but as I look at this guy, I still think he is so remarkably cute.
