I see the areas in question, and it does look like a composite, or at least something funky going on. But when I looked at it I really had no expectation of it being post-processed or not. So it doesn't matter to me if it is a collage or all done with one exposure in the camera. It's a nice enough image, and if this is making money for the fellow then that is fine with me.

I would have different expectations from a photojournalist or a forensics photographer.
